We currently have an event director in place but are looking for an additional Event Coordinator to collaborate managing events together with the event director as an assistant coordinator for single events and to manage events in the instance of multiple event planning taking place simultaneously.

The calendar needs to be kept up to date and responsibly curated.

  • The calendar displays upcoming public events (workshops, live interviews, etc) that are organized by the Carboncopies Foundation.
  • The calendar displays upcoming events organized by affiliated and topically aligned organizations, e.g. the Brain Preservation Foundation and others.
  • The calendar displays any other upcoming events that we are aware of that are of interest to anyone who is interested in whole brain emulation, mind uploading, and closely related topics.
  • The Events Scheduler will regularly ping leads in the Foundation, e.g. during All-Hands calls, to ask if there are things that should appear on the calendar.
